Step 1: Contact
The first step is to fill out my contact form. This helps me understand the tasks you need help with and how many hours of help per week you’re looking for. If I am available for the hours needed and your tasks align with my experience I will be in touch within 24 hours to book a discovery call.

Step 2: Free Discovery Call
This is a free, 30-minute, no-obligation chat over Zoom to make sure we’re the right fit. We’ll go into more detail about the tasks you need help with and what you want to achieve through hiring a Virtual Assistant. You will end the call with a great understanding of how I can help your business.

Step 3: Proposal & Contract
Following the discovery call, I’ll send an email proposal outlining pricing, hours and the tasks I could take off your hands. If you decide to move forward you will receive a contract outlining all terms and conditions. Once the contract is signed I’ll be in touch to book our welcome call.

Step 4: Welcome
Yay, welcome! Our welcome chat will give us the foundations to move forward and start working together. We’ll look at your current processes, talk you through Trello which will be our main communication tool and refine the finer details of how we’ll work together.
